There is a massive shortage of tools and coaching regarding the mental game in sports today, especially when addressing it for young athletes and that is where I am filling the gap.

Each and everyday, you see more and more professional athletes working with mental coaches and even teams are hiring mental coach professionals. I am here to bring this attention and absolutely necessary learnable skill to the younger generation of athletes. It is now a huge part of the game and a vital piece to reaching the full potential of athletes. Is this a long term membership contract?

No! You can cancel your membership or your childs membership anytime. We do recommend you spend at least 3 months going through the course and the weekly exercises. However, you can cancel anytime. There are no long term commitments.

Do you offer ongoing support and new courses/material?

Yes! As long as you are a member of Flow State, you will receive updates and new material on the mental game as long as you are on our team. We continue to support you in any way we can and we will continue to consistently offer you new mental performance training tools to get you to your full potential.

How do I upgrade to hold some private coaching calls?

Within our membership portal you will be able to schedule private calls at discounted rates to customize coaching to your exact situation. We also offer upgraded membership options for a more customized approach to your coaching needs.

What ages is this appropriate for?

We have worked with athletes as young as 11 and all the way up to the professional level. Coach Dave's main clientele age is middle school and high school ages to begin to really build the foundation needed. That is a great age to start!

What does the $29/month membership give me

For our Tier 1 membership option, you, or your athlete, will receive full access to our Flow State Mental Performance Course. This course is designed to take over the course of several weeks. Also, at athlete will be invited to live group coaching calls, weekly Mental performance tips and much more.

Do you have memberships that include 1 on 1 coaching

Yes! We have two additional options for our members. One upgrade is to our $99 per month which includes one call monthly and more features to the membership platform, the other is $249 per month which includes two calls monthly and additional support and features. If you are looking for highly customized weekly calls or more set up a call and we can discuss that.
